DRAMATISED READING

“All the world’s a stage,
And all the men and women merely players;
They have their exits and their entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages.”

Shakespeare has inspired and would continue to inspire in-numerous authors and poets. Here is a part of the dramatized reading presented by me and my friend as a tribute to the legend at the ‘Shakespeare festival’ in Tagore International School. The dialogues have been taken from one of the greatest works ever, ‘The Merchant of Venice’.

The stage has always been my strength, my love, my soul. Stage has its own beauty, Every bit of it speaks and expresses. The stage lights feel the emotions and brighten up at times of glory and lose their shine at times of sorrow.
